1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Adasker ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Merchant Commissions

Adasker operates on a performance-based model. Merchants agree that Adasker will take a fixed percentage commission only upon the successful redemption of a flash deal by a customer at the merchant's physical location.

3. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Platform. By posting public content, you grant Adasker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal or offensive.

4. AI-Powered Discovery

Adasker uses Google Gemini AI to facilitate deal discovery. By using these features, you acknowledge that your intent descriptions may be processed by third-party AI services to improve matching accuracy. You can manage your AI consent in settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to compromise application security, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adasker shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
